# Which dealers should I focus on activating first?

Section > Dealer Onboarding - Potential Areas

The report gives you a list of all the dealers you need to focus on to make them a part of the hyperlocal program — these dealers either have a high reach or have a higher concentration of other dealers in their region/zone. 

**What can you do? \[ Best Practices ]**: 

1. Contact these dealers to make them aware fo the Hyperlocal program and how it has impacted other dealers  
2. Invite them into Webinars for better understanding of the program
3. Incentivise these dealers to join the Hyperlocal Program
