There can be multiple reasons for the low adoption of the platform such as product processes not clear to the users, dealers not putting in high number of SKUs in the campaigns etc.

  2. Schedule training sessions along with the OS team to help them understand the platform better.

  3. Continous follow up with these dealers to ensure they are following the trainings provided to them.
