How to track multiple calls if the digital champion is busy on a different call?

If the first outlet champion is busy the call will go to the second champion and if the second one is also not available it would go to the third one. The digital champion would already have received an SMS but we also try to connect with the digital champion. The idea is to connect with the customer in a minimum time if he/she is shown interest.
